From initial requirement consultation and 3D interior design to production, quality inspection, global logistics, installation support, and after-sales service, we provide a clear and reliable full-process solution for custom home projects.
Requirement Consultation & Project Initiation
Receive the client’s architectural floor plan and conduct in-depth discussions on spatial needs, style preferences, and budget through online video meetings or in-person consultations. A senior full-house planner then provides the initial design direction and lifestyle analysis report.
3D Interior Design Presentation
Our professional design team creates a full-space 3D visualization based on the approved requirements. Multi-angle renderings and circulation planning are provided to help clients clearly visualize their future space, with multiple rounds of online or in-person revisions until the design fully meets expectations.
Material Confirmation & Quotation
Clients may confirm materials, hardware, and finish details through high-resolution online material samples with live video walkthroughs, or through an in-person showroom experience with physical sample displays. A detailed and transparent quotation is then issued based on the final design and material list, including production lead time, logistics solutions, and after-sales guarantees.
Deposit Payment & Production Launch
After the client confirms the quotation and pays the project deposit, the order is officially scheduled for production. The factory carries out standardized manufacturing strictly according to the design drawings and material specifications, while real-time production progress updates keep clients informed of key milestones.
Quality Inspection & Final Payment
After production is completed, a dedicated QC team performs a full inspection to ensure product precision and quality compliance. A quality inspection report and finished product photos are shared for client review and confirmation. Once confirmed, the client settles the final balance, and packaging and shipping preparation begins immediately.
Door-to-Door Logistics & Customs Clearance
We provide global door-to-door logistics solutions, including export declaration, destination customs clearance, and inland delivery. A professional logistics team tracks the shipment end-to-end to ensure safe and on-time delivery, while unloading and warehousing arrangements are coordinated in advance to reduce on-site risks.
Installation Support & After-Sales Service
After delivery, clients can choose online installation guidance with detailed installation videos, technical drawings, and remote video troubleshooting, or receive local engineering team assistance through our trusted local Chinese engineering teams for on-site installation services. Long-term warranty and responsive after-sales support are provided for lasting peace of mind.
