The material narrative speaks of quiet luxury and tactile depth. Vast expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass are framed by pristine white stucco and accented with the deep, resonant grain of ipe wood soffits, creating a rhythmic tension between lightness and gravity. Interior surfaces are a study in contrast: honed limestone floors provide a cool, grounding base, while custom bronze-finished metalwork and richly veined Calacatta marble inject a layer of understated sophistication.
